Rigby & Son Co. Trade Show Exhibit Cabinets

I had the Honor of hand building Rigby's trade show display. It is seven different cabinets that are assembled into one big display. The challenge was to be able to be able to set them up and them take them apart for shipping then have them reassemble as if all new and one piece unit again. I used dowel pins (large ones) and clamps to pull the separate units together into a perfect alignment. They have the newest LED strip lighting and some of the nicest hand carvings available. The pediments and elephant heads are all solid walnut. The trim moldings are solid walnut that came from Alvin York's plantation (from the Famous & Historic Wood Co.) that I had custom milled. The bottom of all the cabinets have trap doors for storage that are held shut with magnets. I hand made all the upper and lower corner box's that allowed for full length base and crown moldings, to give it that one piece installed look. I'll upload some of the construction photo's shortly. Rigby Irish Whiskey

I made four of these for Rigby & Son Gun Co. for a demo they needed. They are solid walnut, hand made and laser engraved with Gold leaf trimming on both sides. Inside has a old (1800's) map in the lid and straw bedding for the bottle. Two of them have Rigby Irish Whiskey and two have Rigby Safari Whiskey. It is a privilege to do work for them as they are known world wide for the quality of their products and being chosen to do their work is a honor.
