TIME TO TELL ABOUT WOOD

This one of my favorite and first Laser Projects. It's made from solid 1/4" poplar and the only things metal are the screws that hold it to the wall, and yes it holds time. It is fully adjustable as far as keeping correct time. It uses a weight box with and has a pendulum (not in photo) that swings back and forth. Now that I understand the workings of a clock I can make it in any shape or style I can think of. I'm in progress of making one that replicates a 1947 Harley Davidson Knuckle Head motor with full visual motions of the pistons, valves, cams, and crankshaft assembly. Sorta like a 3D viewing except it only runs at 1 revolutions per hour. I'll post it when it's finished.

ROSES FOR THE HEART

This is something I made for a sample job. It is made using 1/4" Birch plywood inlaid with several other woods for the floral effect. In the open or empty area is where the customer will have his info inlaid like "Terry Loves Julia" in a nice romantic font. Makes a really nice keepsake.
